Terms, policies & company information
The plain-English version of who we are, how we price your trip, and what to do if something goes wrong. Full policy documents follow as we complete our accreditation.
Who we are
EZAY TRAVELS AND TOURS LTD, trading as Ezay Travels, is a UK travel agency arranging flights with matched hotels, transfers and cover for festival and long-haul independent travellers. Registered in England & Wales, company number 17394853.
- Registered office: 181 Barcombe Avenue, London SW2 3BH.
- Director: Zainab Ahmed Husein (known as Zay)
- Email: manager@ezaytravels.co.uk
- WhatsApp: via the button on every page.
Registrations & insurance
- Registered company: EZAY TRAVELS AND TOURS LTD, no. 17394853 (England & Wales).
- Data protection: our privacy notice sets out what we collect and why. ICO registration reference ZC221411.
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance: in force from 7 October 2026, arranged through Campbell Irvine (Insurance Brokers) Ltd.
- Employers’ liability insurance: not held, because the company has no employees. It will be added before anyone is employed.
We sell flight-only tickets as a disclosed agent for the airline. Tickets are issued immediately on payment, so they fall outside the ATOL scheme and are not ATOL protected. We do not sell packages. We recommend travel insurance for every trip, and we say so on every confirmation.
How we source your fares
A fare can come from three places, and we check all of them before we send you a number. Our service fee is a fixed amount per booking, published in full on our fees page, and it is already included in every price we quote.
- The live search. Real-time airline pricing, the same feed the big sites use. Fast, and honest on short-haul.
- Trade net fares. Consolidator pricing you can’t see publicly. On long-haul this is usually where your saving comes from.
- Our ticketing partner. Ticketed and issued through an accredited partner where that gives you a better price.
What our insurance requires us to tell you
Our insurers set conditions on the cover, and two of them affect you directly, so we state them here rather than bury them:
- Anything not in your booked itinerary is at your own risk. Trips, tours, excursions and activities you arrange yourself at the destination are not part of what we have sold you and are not covered by our insurance.
- Destinations the Foreign Office advises against. If any part of your trip goes to a country or region where the FCDO advises against travel, we must refer it to our insurers before we book it. That can take a day or two and we may not be able to proceed. Tell us early if this might apply, and always check gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice yourself.
We sell flights only, as a disclosed agent for the airline. We are not a tour operator and not the organiser of a package, and we do not contract to carry you, to house you or to supply any other travel service.
Provision of service
We sell flights, and point you to good places to stay and reliable ways to get around without taking payment for them. The price you see is the total you pay, with our service fee already included; the fee itself is published on our fees page. A confirmation document with your booking reference follows every completed order.
Financial protection
eZAY Travels is completing its financial-protection accreditation. Until that is confirmed we make no protection claim, and flights are handled as a written enquiry rather than instant online checkout. Once accreditation is in place, the protection that applies to your booking — and the licence details — will be published here and shown on your confirmation.
Complaints
If something isn’t right, tell us first and quickly — most things are fixable while you travel. Email manager@ezaytravels.co.uk with your booking reference and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to give you a full written response within 28 days. If we can’t resolve it between us, we’ll point you to the relevant independent scheme once our accreditation is confirmed.
Policies
Summaries below; the full documents will be linked here as they are finalised.
- Privacy & data. We use your details only to quote, book and support your trip, and to contact you about it. We don’t sell your data. Card details are entered into Stripe’s own secure fields on our page — we never see or store them.
- Cancellations & changes. Airline and supplier rules apply to each fare and are shown before you pay; our service fee is separate. We’ll always tell you the change/cancel terms of a specific fare before you commit.
- Cookies. Only the cookies that make the site work. No tracking or advertising. See cookies.
- Our fees. A fixed service fee per booking, shown as its own line before you pay. See our fees.
This page is a working summary and will be finalised with professional review before we sell flights to the public. Nothing here is a protection claim.
