Booking Conditions

The rules that apply to every flight booking you make with us · Effective 22 September 2026

1. How a booking is formed

  1. You search and select a fare and enter passenger details.
  2. You confirm the total price and these conditions and pay by card through Stripe.
  3. We request the ticket from the airline or ticketing principal through the Duffel or Faremine route. Your contract is made when we email the confirmation with the ticket/PNR. Until then no contract exists and, if the fare is no longer available, we refund you in full.

Your confirmation states which route issued your ticket (Duffel, Faremine or airline direct) and whether an ATOL Certificate applies.

2. Passenger details

3. Passports, visas and health

You are responsible for holding a valid passport (many countries require 6 months' validity), any visa or entry authorisation, and any health requirements for every country you enter or transit. We may point you to official sources (gov.uk foreign travel advice), but we do not check your documents and we are not liable if you are refused travel or entry.

4. Tickets and fare rules

5. Changes you request

Send change requests to manager@ezaytravels.co.uk or by WhatsApp with your booking reference. Where the airline allows a change, you pay any fare difference, the airline's change fee and our amendment fee of £25, by Stripe payment link. Changes are not guaranteed until the airline confirms. Changes to Faremine-issued tickets are made through Faremine and may take one working day longer than Duffel-issued tickets.

6. Changes made by the airline

Airlines may change schedules or cancel flights. We pass on notifications we receive to the email on the booking as soon as we receive them, but airlines sometimes contact passengers directly — keep your contact details current. Your remedies (rerouting, refund, compensation) are set by the airline's conditions and by law (UK261 / EC261 where they apply), and are claimed from the airline. We will help you make the claim.

7. Check-in and airport

Check in online where available and arrive at the airport within the airline's stated times. Failure to check in or arrive on time is a no-show and is governed by the fare rules.

8. Baggage, seats and extras

Extras are supplied by the airline under its rules. Fees for extras are normally non-refundable.

9. Special assistance and unaccompanied minors

Tell us at booking if any passenger needs assistance. Unaccompanied minors and other special cases can only be booked by enquiry, not online, because airline rules vary.

10. Our service margin

Our margin is included in the total price and, together with any amendment fee, is non-refundable except where we are at fault (see Refunds & Cancellations).
